What is your Tucson home really worth?
Online estimates can miss by tens of thousands of dollars. I'll prepare a free, no-obligation valuation based on real local sales and your home's actual features.
What your valuation includes
Recent comparable sales
Homes like yours that actually sold nearby, adjusted for differences.
Active competition
What buyers are seeing right now in your price range and area.
Your home's features
Upgrades, pool, solar, lot, views and condition, factored in properly.
Market timing
How quickly homes are selling and how prices are trending.
A suggested price range
A realistic range, plus what it could take to reach the top of it.
No obligation
Use it to plan, refinance, or just satisfy your curiosity.
A real person, not an algorithm
Automated estimates can't see your remodeled kitchen, your mountain views or the busy road behind the house. I can.
- Based on actual Tucson MLS data
- Accounts for upgrades and condition
- Explained clearly, with the comps to back it up
- Free with no obligation to list
- Delivered personally by Nadia
Questions I hear a lot
Is the home valuation really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to sell or list with me.
How accurate are online home value estimates?
They can be a helpful starting point, but they can't see condition, upgrades or many local factors. A local market analysis is usually much closer to what buyers will actually pay.
Is a home valuation the same as an appraisal?
No. An appraisal is a formal report by a licensed appraiser, usually ordered by a lender. A market valuation from a REALTOR® is a pricing analysis to help you plan and set a list price.
How long does it take?
Usually a day or two. If you'd like, I can walk through the home with you first for the most accurate number.
